Where data is stored
Everything your crew does in the app is stored on servers in the European Union. The connection is encrypted all the way, from the phone to the database.

Notifications and bot messages travel through Telegram like any other chat there. Only We Do stores the app's data, on its own servers in the EU.
Everyone sees their own
Access depends on the role and the sites. The server checks permissions on every action, not just at sign-in.
Worker
Their own shifts, hours, requests and tasks. Doesn't see anyone else's records and exports nothing.
Buyer
Their own shifts and the requests from their sites. Sees how many people are on shift right now.
Foreman
People, shifts, hours and photos, but only on their own sites. The site's timesheet and report.
Owner
The whole company: sites, people, timesheets, reports and the plan.
- Sign in with Telegram
No passwords. Telegram signs the sign-in data and the server checks the signature.
- Invites last 24 hours
A link works for a day and can be revoked. People are tied to their Telegram ID, not their username.
- Access ends at once
Taken off a site or removed from the company: the site and its data disappear for that person the same minute.
- Companies kept apart
Someone in two companies sees them separately. One company's data never shows up in the other.
Photos instead of GPS
The app doesn't follow people around. A photo from the site confirms the start and end of a shift, not their location.

Workers and managers see the same hours. Every correction stays in the history.
- The server sets the start and end time, not the phone
- When a manager ends a shift or fixes a break, the worker is notified and the timesheet keeps a mark
- The history and the activity log only grow: not even the app itself can erase or rewrite past records
- Only the owner can change roles, and that's recorded too

Your data stays yours
Take your timesheets any time. Company data is backed up and deleted when you ask.

A backup every day
Backups are kept in the EU, and we test restoring from them for real.
Deletion on request
Message support and we'll delete the company with all its shifts, photos and timesheets.
GDPR
Your company is responsible for its employees' data, and We Do processes it on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Terms in the data processing agreement.
Questions about data
Do you read our Telegram chats?
No. When the app opens, Telegram passes only your Telegram ID, name, username and language. We can't see your chats or groups.
Where is the data stored?
The database and photos are stored in Frankfurt, and backups are kept in the EU as well. Only notifications and bot messages go through Telegram.
Do you track workers' location?
No. The app never asks for location access. A photo from the site confirms the start and end of a shift, and any coordinates are stripped from the photo on upload.
What happens to the data when someone leaves the company?
The owner removes them from the company and their access ends at once. Their shifts and hours stay in the company's timesheet.
Can we export or delete our data?
Timesheets and reports export as PDF and CSV at any time. To delete the company with all its data, message support.
Is We Do GDPR compliant?
The data is stored in the EU, and we process your employees' data on behalf of your company (Art. 28 GDPR). For how your company meets its own duties as an employer, it's best to ask a lawyer.
