Small firms

Under the EU Court of Justice ruling, employers in the EU must record their employees’ working time. In Germany the Federal Labour Court confirmed it, and on construction sites the Minimum Wage Act requires it as well. Being small doesn’t exempt you.

Is it really free?
Yes, for one site and one worker, for good and with no card, with every feature. The owner isn’t counted.
What happens when a second worker joins?
You can invite them once you pick a plan: up to 6 people for €29 a month, up to 10 people for €49. Everything already in the app stays.
What does a worker need?
A phone with Telegram and an invite link. Nothing to install and no sign‑up.
Does a small firm need to track working time?
Yes. Under the EU Court of Justice ruling, employers in the EU must record their employees’ working time, and in Germany the Minimum Wage Act also requires it on construction sites. We Do records the start and end of each shift with a photo plus breaks, and the timesheet exports as PDF and CSV.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Pay monthly or yearly, and a year costs the same as 11 months.
Will We Do still fit if the crew grows?
Yes. Plans go up to 30 people, then Enterprise for several companies. Every feature is the same everywhere, only the number of people changes. More on the pricing page.
