Every shift lands in the timesheet. At month end We Do sends a PDF to sign and a CSV for Excel.
Free: 1 site and 1 worker

Keep timesheets without a spreadsheet full of formulas. Each shift goes straight to its day, and by month end the timesheet is ready.

Sees their shifts and monthly hours right in the app. Doesn’t export timesheets or reports and can’t see anyone else’s hours.

Exports the timesheet and report for their sites, checks the flags and closes forgotten shifts of their people.

The whole crew’s timesheet, the company report and reports for any site or worker, archived and former ones included.

Workers clock in and out with a photo in We Do and log breaks with a button. The timesheet builds itself from those records: by day, person and site, hours without breaks. The manager only checks the flags and exports the file.
No. We Do runs inside Telegram as a mini app on iPhone, Android and desktop. A worker only needs an invite link, and We Do sends the finished timesheet files.
Pick a period and a worker, a site or the whole crew and tap CSV. We Do sends a file that opens in Excel: date, day, worker, site, start, end, breaks and hours in h:mm and decimal.
Yes. Instead of a timesheet template someone fills in by hand, the timesheet is built from the shifts: by day, with breaks and flags. The CSV holds all the data, so you can move it into any format you need.
Timesheet hours are counted without breaks. Unfinished and interrupted shifts stay out of the total and are listed separately, as are breaks below the ArbZG minimum and shifts closed by a manager. Hours are never cut automatically: the manager decides.
Yes. The PDF ends with signature lines for the worker and the manager. Signing is optional: every change a manager makes is kept in the We Do history anyway.
English, German, Ukrainian or Russian. You choose the file language when you export, and it doesn’t change the app language, so a foreman can hand payroll a timesheet in German.
The crew’s working time by person and site, hours by week, what to check before the month closes, tools checked out, the check‑out and return log, and requests. Photos stay in the app, not in the report.
The owner exports everything: the crew timesheet, the company report, by site and by worker. A foreman exports the timesheet and report for their sites. A worker sees their hours in the app but exports nothing.
Free for one site and one worker, for good, with every feature. Bigger crews from €29 a month, the price depends on the number of people, more on the pricing page.
