How many sites can we run?
Paid plans have unlimited sites. A finished site goes to the archive with its whole history. More on the job sites page.
Can a foreman see only their own sites?
Yes. Foremen and buyers see only the sites they’re assigned to. Only the admin changes sites, roles and the company team.
How much does We Do cost for a company of 20?
Plan L, €109 a month or €1,199 a year. The owner isn’t counted, foremen, buyers and workers are. Every plan has every feature.
Will We Do replace our accounting software?
No. Estimates, invoices and payroll stay where you keep them. We Do handles the people and the day on site, and hands over timesheets and the company report as PDF and CSV.
Is this a CRM for construction companies?
No, We Do doesn’t manage clients or sales. It’s an app for work on site: people, shifts, tasks, material requests, tools and timesheets. Keep your own CRM for clients, timesheets and reports export as PDF and CSV.
What if we have more than 30 people?
Teams of more than 30 get Enterprise: a price for your team size, and if you like, your own app and custom features.
I run several companies. Do I need separate accounts?
No. One owner can run several companies from one Telegram account, each on its own plan. You switch companies in the app, and the data never mixes.
